Redgate alternative investments OÜ States that 08.09.2017 was entered in the commercial register by means of a division in which Redgate alternative investments OÜ (registry code 11898381), address Pärnu mnt 10, Tallinn 10148, Harju County, split, in which Redgate alternative investments OÜ, as the company being divided, transferred part of its assets to the acquiring companies Brandeis Grupp OÜ (registry code 11385262) and O115ERT (registry code 11535). The division agreement was signed on 06.07.2017.
