Bevira partner OÜ (registry code 12998340) publishes a notice under the ¹ of paragraph 447(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).

The company shall notify the division. Bevira partner OÜ (registry code 12998340) and BEVIRA OÜ (registry code: 12878009), established in concrete 1b Tallinn 11415, participated in the division. In the course of the division, BEVIRA OÜ transferred part of its assets to Bevira partner OÜ without reducing the share capital of BEVIRA OÜ. The split became effective 03.10.2017.

Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) ¹ of the ÄS). The creditor must substantiate his claim that the demerger might jeopardise the performance of his claims. Requirements to be provided to Bevira partner OÜ at concrete 1b, Tallinn 11415 or digital signature at e-mail to partner@bevira.com.
