The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for authorisation of a geological survey submitted by Teet Oole (registration code: 11848578) (address Kenni-Jüri, village Kenni, Municipality of Kehtna 79012, Raplamaa) was accepted.

The application for authorisation to prospect for the Kenyan roadway (cadastral mark 29203:002:1274) and Kenyan-Jüri (cadastral mark 29203:002:1282) in the village Teet Oole, Kenyan village, County Kehtna.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 3.94 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and up to 15 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is less than or equal to 6 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The uses of the mineral resources present in the exploration room are construction and road construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
