The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.

The geological survey for the Orava III exploration room is requested in the village of Põlli in Rapla, County Märjamaa, in the cadastral division Vardi Forest 191 (cadastral title 50401:005:0195), owned by the Republic of Estonia, by the Ministry of the Environment and by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus (RMK) as an authorised authority.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 21.93 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 32 wells and up to 32 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 15 m. the ore to be studied is limestone. The area of application of the mineral resources present in the exploration room shall be building-grade carbonate stone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 4 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
