The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that THE application for a geological survey permit submitted by THE HOMELINE OÜ (registry code: 10137964) (address Tallinna 62a, Türi City, Municipality of Türi, County of Järva, 72213) was accepted.

Authorisation to prospect for the sonn II exploration room is sought in the privately owned cadastral parcels of Ületee (cadastral mark 37501:001:0521) and Väljaotsa (cadastral mark 37501:001:0661) in the municipality of Türi, Järva.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 4.30 ha. This is a consumption inventory study, in which up to 10 exploration runs are planned to be built. The exploration depth shall be no more than 7 m. the resources to be studied shall be gravel and sand. The area of application of the mineral resources present in the exploration room is construction and road construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The investigator is an OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
