The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for mining authorisation submitted by OÜ Metsakohin (registry code: 10915798) (address: Kasteheina tn 2, Kangru subevik, Municipality of Kiili, Harju County, 75403) was accepted.
Authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of a dairy gravel quarry is sought in the Regione Rapla, commune of Kohila, in the village of Lümandu, at the Lümandu gravel deposit (registry card No 952) for the cadastral parcels of the mown (cadastral mark 31701:001:0350) and the small-ether (cadastral mark 31701:001:1073). The cadastral parcel of THE Koidu is owned BY HMG Invest ja Holding OÜ (1/2) and OÜ Metsakohin (1/2) and the cadastral parcel of the small-ether is owned by OÜ Metsakohin.
The area covered by the rebel deposit applied for is 6.13 hectares and the area covered by the rebel deposit is 6.13 hectares. According to the application for authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, the active consumption of the excavation building gravel is 200 thousand m ³ and the excavated stock is 193 thousand m ³. The average annual rate for the extraction of mineral resources is, according to the permit application, 15 thousand m ³. Mineral resources are used in a building gravel. Authorisation shall be sought for a period of 15 years.
The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182).
The application is made available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision is taken on the granting or refusal of mining authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The preparation of the draft mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
