The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address: Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Municipality of Jõelähtme, 74201 Harju County) submitted an application for authorisation for the general geological exploration of the Orgmetsa exploration room. Authorisation for general geological exploration shall be sought in the State-owned land of the village of Orgmetsa in Järva, County Järva, Rava Region 31 (cadastral mark 12902:003:0470). The area covered by the requested survey room is 126.78 ha. These are general geological exploration projects intended to set up a maximum of 40 wells with a research depth of up to 20 m. the purpose of the proposed exploration is to carry out a wider search for mineral resources in order to determine whether a given site or part of it is to be regarded as a potential new prospect. The ore to be studied is a technological limestone, the potential uses of which are identified during the experimental works. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years.

The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse permission for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The preparation of a draft permit for general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
