The technical Surveillance Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 16(2)(1) of the Law on environmental impact assessment and management systems (KeHJS).
The technical Surveillance Authority shall notify the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) programme for the Risipere-Turba railway line.
By Decision No 1-10/17-327 of 15.09.2017, the technical Surveillance Authority initiated, pursuant to paragraph 6(1) (14) of the KeHJS, an environmental impact assessment procedure for the Risipere-Turba railway line.
The request is for the construction of a new railway line between Risipere and Turba. The EIA will be carried out in the course of the construction project and a geodetic and geological study and land improvement project will be prepared in conjunction with the construction project.

On 21 December 2017, a public limited company in the large hall of the 7 th floor of Eesti Raudtee from 15.00 to 18.00 (based in Toompuiestee 35, part of the city of North Tallinn, Tallinn).
The technical Surveillance Authority shall notify the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) programme for the Risipere-Turba railway line.
