THE AKTSIASELTS WEROL TEHASED (registry code: 10255770), acting as liquidator in bankruptcy, Toomas saarma, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 79(4) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
In insolvency proceedings concerning the debtor, AKTSIASELTS WEROL TEHASED (registry code: 10255770), the general meeting of creditors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 19.12.2017 at Kotzebue 9, 10412 Tallinn (insolvency administrator's office).
The agenda of the general meeting shall include: 1. the
release of members of the bankruptcy committee from the posts of members of the debtor's bankruptcy committee;
2. deciding on the number of members of the bankruptcy committee;
3. the decision to select new members of the bankruptcy committee.
The liquidator shall convene a general meeting of creditors at his or her discretion, in accordance with paragraph 79(1) of the PankrS.
