The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency notifies that THE HOMELINE OÜ (registry code: 10137964) (address Tallinna 62a, Türi City, Municipality of Türi, 72213 County of Yärva) applies for a geological exploration permit. The geological survey is requested for the property in Ööbiku in Põltsamaa, Jõgeva County, in the village of Sopimetsa (register number 293935, title 57301:001:0104 and 57301:001:0732). The area covered by the survey room applied for is 16.79 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 12 wells with a research depth of up to 16 m. the resources to be studied are limestone and dolomite. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Sopimetsa V test room. The investigator is an OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the following e-mail address: info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address: AIA 2, Jõgeva City, 48306 Municipality of Jõgeva.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
