The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 33(1) of the Industrial emissions Act (THS).

The Environment Agency States that the Õnne Piimakarjatalu Osaühing (registered under registry code: 10009835) (address: Municipality of Esku Põltsamaa 48131 Jõgeva County) has been granted leave to amend the integrated environmental permit (registered under document number DM-100459-1 of the Environment Agency on 30.11.2017).

Õnne Piimakarjatalu Osaühing to extend Esku's desk complex to a maximum capacity of 2550 bovine animals, including 1550 seats for dairy cows, 700 seats for heifers and 300 seats for calves. To this end, it is planned to start the demolition of depreciated table buildings and the construction of new table facilities in 2018. The action is planned in stages.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse an integrated environmental permit, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency his or her reasoned submissions and objections to the application. The draft decision to grant or refuse an integrated environmental permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
