In insolvency proceedings concerning the debtor, osaühing Spantal (registry code: 10392449), a creditors' meeting will be held at 14.00 a.m. on 18.01.2018 at Rävala pst 4, Tallinn (law firm Lextal).
The agenda of the general meeting shall be:
1. The protection of claims
against claims shall be subject to a right of access within five days prior to the meeting for the protection of claims. The statement of claim and the statement of objections may be consulted with the prior agreement of the liquidator
