The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Harju County, Tallinn, Nõmme district, Pärnu mnt 463, 10916) was accepted.

Authorisation to prospect for the sailla II exploration room is sought for the cadastral parcels Kutseri (cadastral Identifier 66901:001:0776, owner AS TREV-2 Grupp), blood (cadastral Identifier 66901:001:0377, owner Estonian Republic, Government Ministry of Environment, Delegated Authority Land) and Künka (cadastral Division 3:90695) in the village of Rapla, Röa.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 13,20 ha. This is a consumption inventory study, in which up to 30 exploration voids are planned to be built. The exploration depth shall be less than or equal to 10 m. the resources to be studied shall be sand and gravel. The area of application of the mineral resources present in the exploration room is construction and aggregates. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182 or 56885603).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
