The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address: Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme Municipality, 74201 Harju County) applies for a geological exploration permit. The geological survey is requested for the cadastral parcels Kurejärvi quarry (Cadastral Identifier 60801:001:0160) and Aakre District 120 (Cadastral Identifier 60801:001:0010) in the municipality of Elva, Purts, Tartu. The area covered by the requested survey room is 3.43 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 20 wells and up to 20 exploration voids at an exploration depth of up to 20 m. the surveyed minerals are the construction and filling gravel, the construction and filling sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The survey room is called the Kurejärvi survey room. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
