The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address: Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme Municipality, 74201 Harju County) applies for a geological exploration permit. The geological survey is requested for the cadastral parcels of Sänna (cadastral identification 69701:003:0150) and Rõuge District 19 (cadastral identification 69701:003:0620) located in the village of Sänna (Sännä), County Rõuge. The area covered by the requested survey room is 17.44 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration voids with a research depth of up to 20 m. the resources under examination are building and filling sands. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Sänna test room. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
