Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency reports that AS Tariston (registry code: 10887843) (address Pärnu mnt 158/1, 11317 Tallinn) applies for a geological survey permit. The geological survey is requested for the cadastral parcels of Sänna (cadastral identification 69701:003:0150) and Rõuge District 19 (cadastral identification 69701:003:0620) located in the village of Sänna (Sännä), County Rõuge. The area covered by the requested survey room is 30.87 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 25 wells and up to 10 exploration voids with an exploration depth of up to 30 m. the surveyed minerals are the construction and filling sand, the construction and filling gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Sänna test room. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the following e-mail address: info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address: AIA 2, Jõgeva Municipality, Jõgeva Municipality, 48306 County of Jõgeva.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
