The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a general geological exploration licence submitted by the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Aevik, Kuusiku tee 18-13) has been accepted. The exploration licence is requested for the State-owned Paasvere District 28 property in the village of Imukvere in the municipality of small Maria in Lääne-Viru (cadastral mark 16102:001:0100). The area covered by the requested survey room is 100,94 ha. These are general geological exploration activities in which it is planned to build up a maximum of 40 wells at an exploration depth of up to 20 m. the resources to be studied are limestone, which may potentially be suitable for an honeycomb limestone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Imukblood test room.

The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency in Jõgeva (AIA 2, Stadt Jõgeva, tel 5621 5670, e-mail: info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to authorise or refuse authorisation for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The preparation of a draft permit for general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
