The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the non-Makita Karjäärid OÜ (registry code: 12937396) (address Jaani 2, Elva City, Elva Municipality, 61504 Tartu County) apply for a geological exploration permit. The application for a geological survey is made to the Cadastral Division of Kurejärvi in the village of Purts, Tartu County (Cadastral Identifier 60801:001:0160). The area covered by the requested survey room is 1.65 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and up to 15 exploration voids of an exploration depth of up to 10 m. the surveyed minerals are the construction and filling gravel, the construction and filling sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The survey room is called the Kurejärvi survey room. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
