The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that the mining authorisation application submitted by OÜ Aigren (registry code: 10853367) (address: County of Võru, City of Võru, Räpina mnt 22b, 65606) was granted.
Authorisation for the exploitation of the mineral resources of the Orava II gravel quarry is sought in the Regione Rapla, County of Märjamaa, in the Upper River village of the Orava gravel deposit (registry card No 0585), in the private cadastral parcel Orava (cadastral mark 50401:005:0056).
The application refers to an area of 3.27 hectares for the Orava gravel quarry and 3.27 hectares for the service area for the mountain quarry. According to the application for authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, the active consumption of the building gravel for the mining reserves is 53 thousand m3 and the extracted reserves are 51 thousand m3. According to the application, the average annual rate for the extraction of mineral resources is 6 thousand m3. The use of the mineral is a building gravel. Authorisation shall be requested for a period of 10 years.
The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182 or 56885603).
The application is made available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for mining and quarrying, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The preparation of the draft mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
