The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 34(1) of the Industrial emissions Act (THS).

The Environment Agency States that OSAÜHING KIRBLA (registry code: 10435220) (address Kirbla village, West Bank, Pärnu County) submitted on 30.08.2017 an application for amendment of the integrated permit for a large farm in Jaanimäe under the Industrial emissions Act and that the consent holder has prepared a decision amending the integrated permit and a draft integrated permit.

An amendment to the integrated permit for a large farm in Jaanimäe was requested as the establishment proposed to extend the existing dairy cow and to reduce the installation's installed capacity to 768 seats for dairy cows, 200 seats for young animals and 300 seats for calves.

The draft (s), the permit application, the ex-ante assessment of the EIA, the decision not to initiate the EIA and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Läänemaa, Kiltsi tee 10, the City of Haapsalu, Western County.
The draft and the application are available digitally in the environmental decision information system of the Environment Agency at THE BAGGED address kotkas.envir.ee.

Proposals and objections to the draft (s) may be submitted orally or in writing to the Environment Agency within two weeks of the date of publication of the notice in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address.
