The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 21.02.2018, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby AS Ekspress meedia (registry code: 10586863) acquires a dominant influence within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2) of the Konkonks, a public limited company, over a company's share in the publishing of magazines (registry code: 10678996) and a public limited company, SL, over a company's share in the publishing of magazines (registry code: 10678996).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
