The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2018-021 of 21.03.2018, with the result that as Ekspress Meedia (registry code: 10586863) may acquire a dominant influence over a company's share in the publishing of magazines (registration code: 10678996) for the purposes of paragraph 19(1)(2).
