The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request submitted by Osaühing KIIKIIKIIKIIKIIKI ZONE (registry code: 10452140) (address Harju County, Kuusalu Municipality, Kiiu Province, Vana-Narva mnt 3, 74604) for extension of Mineral Mining permit No HARM-051 has been accepted.

Koka ZONE IS applying for a 15-year extension of the mining permit FOR the Huntaugu garden's Huntaugu III sandy quarry.

The wolf sand quarry is located in Harju County, Kuusalu County, in the village of Külmaallika, in the state-owned cadastral district of Huntaugu sand quarry 3 (cadastritID 35201:003:0880), managed by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority, the Maa-amet. The mountain allocation is 16,82 ha and the service area for the mountain allocation is 17,38 ha. As at 28.02.2018, within the limit of the mountain allocation applied for, the active consumption of building sand is 295,207 thousand m3, of which 197,207 thousand m3 are mined. The average annual mineral extraction rate is 90 h m3.

The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 674 4804, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The preparation of the draft decision granting or refusing the mining permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
