The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the goodwill XIII research room submitted by the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address: Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme Municipality, Harju County, 74201) (registered in the Environment Agency's document management system 13.03.2018 under document number 12-2/18/3705) has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested for the cadastral districts of Viimsi 52 in Harju County, in the municipality of Kiili, Rae and Tallinn (cadastritus code 30401:001:1976, the State property manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the Trust Centre for State Forests); Viljandi mnt 51 (cadastral title 78401:101:3422, owner Tallinn City); Karnet (cadastral title 65301:001:0162, the State property Maa-amet is the Centre and the Ministry of the Environment). The area covered by the requested survey room is 13,93 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 25 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the resources under examination are sand and gravel. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: laboratory tests, topographical measurements, water level measurements and, where appropriate, other pilot work. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code 14212964, address Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme Municipality, Harju County, 74201). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
