The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation of a geological survey submitted by OÜ SOKKEL HOLDING (registry code: 12245586) (address: Regione Rapla, Municipality of Rapla, village Purku, Lonni, 78401) was accepted.
Authorisation to prospect for a pihali exploration room is sought for the cadastral parcels Vardi, 80 (cadastral mark 31701:005:0958) in the village of Pihali, County of Kohila. The cadastral parcel is owned by the Republic of Estonia, the manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority is the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 298.20 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 40 wells and up to 170 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 10 m. the surveyed mineral is the building gravel, the filling gravel, the building sand and the filling sand. The uses of the mineral resources present in the exploration room are general construction, road construction and backfilling. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The investigator is Mäebüroo Nord OÜ.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; info@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182 or 56885603).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
