The Tartu Maakohus (Tartu District Court) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
27.04.2018 the order in civil case No 2-14-2614 confirmed the distribution proposal submitted by the debtor, Linerel OÜ (registry code: 11504695) (in liquidation), the liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
