The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by Osaühing Eesti Klustik (registry code: 10126848) (address Rõstla quarry, village Rõstla, Municipality of Põltsamaa, County Jõgeva, 48022) was accepted.

Authorisation for the geological exploration of the urge survey room is sought for the private cadastral parcels Rätsepa (cadastral mark 31701:002:0052) and Võhma (cadastral mark 31701:002:0373) in the village of Kohila, County Rapla.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.80 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 10 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 10 m. the surveyed mineral is the building gravel, the filling gravel, the building sand and the filling sand. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; info@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182 or 56885603).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
