Parandamise põhjus: Täpsustasin ja muutsin lause:" Maapõueseaduse § 30 lõike 2 alusel ja tuginedes haldusmenetluse seaduse § 31 lg 1, avalikustab Keskkonnaamet teate üldgeoloogilise uurimistöö loa taotluse menetlusse võtmisest lisaks kohalikus või maakondlikus ajalehes" järgmises sõnastuses :" Maapõueseaduse § 30 lõike 2 alusel ja tuginedes haldusmenetluse seaduse § 31 lg 1, avalikustab Keskkonnaamet teate üldgeoloogilise uurimistöö loa taotluse menetlusse võtmisest lisaks maakondlikus ajalehes Virumaa Teataja.".

Notice of initiation of a general geological exploration permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency hereby declares that the application for authorisation to carry out the general geological exploration for the Raeküla exploration room submitted by the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Municipality of Jõelähtme, County Harju 74201) has been accepted. The research area of the rainbow is located in the rural district of Lääne-Viru, in the municipality of lesser Mõja, in the village of Eiperi, on state-owned properties, pond Forest 9 (92702:003:0210) and pond Forest 78 (92703:001:0080), whose management of State property is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority of the Centre for the Management of State Forests. The area of research applied for is 147.89 ha. These are general geological exploration projects which plan to build up a maximum of 40 wells with a research depth of up to 20 m. the main objective of the proposed exploration is to identify mineral resources of a quality corresponding to the technological limestone, the potential uses of which will be identified during the experimental works. The period of validity of the requested authorisation is requested to be 5 years.

Under paragraph 30(2) of the Landesvergabegesetz, and on the basis of paragraph 31(1) of the Law on administrative procedure, the Office for the Environment is also to publish a notice of the acceptance of an application for authorisation to carry out general geological exploration in the regional newspaper “Virumaa Teataja”.

The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency in Jõgeva (AIA 2, Stadt Jõgeva, tel 5621 5670, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to authorise or refuse authorisation for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The preparation of a draft permit for general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
