The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Senate II Research room submitted by Teesiht OÜ (registry code: 12635880) (address: Papsaare TEE 5-7, village of Kauoja, 88317 Pärnu County) on 21.02.2018 (registered under document Management system No 12-2/18/2666 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in Pärnu County, Saarde, Lodja village, on the state-owned land Lodja district 6 (cadastral identification 71102:001:0382), the management of which is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority of the State Forest Management Centre. The area covered by the requested survey room is 21,05 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a survey on mineral consumption in order to determine the distribution of the resources (sand), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the conditions under which the extraction takes place. The studies project the construction of up to 30 exploration outlets and up to 30 drilling outlets with a depth of up to 7 m; other planned ad hoc work: laboratory studies, topogogodetic measurements, water level measurements. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address sand 41, 50303 Tartu). The period of validity applied for is 2 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
