Notice of initiation of a building plan

The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).
The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by order No 215 of the Municipality of Rapla of 14 May 2018, entitled “establishment of a building plan”, a building plan for the Municipality of Rapla's Uusküla Matsi rural area (cadastritade mark 66801:001:0164) was initiated with a view to laying down the conditions for the establishment of a fuel station on land, resolving the traffic management, greening and waste management of the urban planning area and providing technical equipment principles. The planning area is bounded to the north-east by the terrain, south-east and south-west national roads, and north-west by the main cracking of Aranküla and the Sildema rural area.
The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan and the planning law of the Municipality of Rapla.
Construction geo-detic and geological studies must be carried out during the preparation of the plan.
