The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency hereby declares that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources submitted by OÜ Marvald (registry code: 11105819) (address: County Valga, 67503 Municipality of Otepää, Village Räbi), Siimu IV, has been accepted.
The geological survey is applied for in the municipality of Valga, in the municipality of Otepää, in the village of Pringi, in the cadastral unit Simmo-Jaani, owned by a private owner (cadastral mark 72401:001:0981). The area covered by the requested survey room is 7.25 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 25 wells. The exploration depth is up to 15 m. the surveyed minerals are the building sand and the filler sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 1 years. The test room is called the Siimu IV test room. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or at the address Alexander 14, 51004 Tartu.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
