The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that Dozerland OÜ (registry code: 14195154) (address Academy Street 7, Pärnu City, Pärnu City, 80011 Pärnu County) is applying for a geological exploration licence. Authorisation to carry out geological exploration is sought for the cadastral district of Audru 52 (cadastral title 15905:001:0305), owned by the Republic of Estonia in the municipality of Pärnu, Pärnu, which is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Centre for the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus Forests as an authorised authority. The area covered by the requested survey room is 9.48 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to set up up up to 23 exploration voids at an exploratory depth of up to 5 m. the mineral under examination is a gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Kivimäe II test room. The survey is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address sand 41, Tartu City, Tartu City, Tartu County).

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
