Notice of initiation of a general geological exploration permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that Osaühing Eesti Killustik (registry code: 10126848) (Rõstla quarry, Rõstla village, Põltsamaa vald, 48022 Jõgeva County) applies for a general geological exploration licence. General geological exploration licence is applied for in the county of Tartu, Kambja and Kastre, district of Kastre, district 41 (cadastritus 28204:003:0005), district of Kastre, district 42 (cadastre 28204:003:0006), district Elva, district 100 (cadastritus 28204:004:0194), central secret of the Ministry of the Environment and authorised authority for the management of the State Town Town Office, cadulterrain Management Division, Komastrideside IQate Division No 9ame:ResteeriumResteeriumResteeriumReside:080 and Pisoleade Pisoleade Pisoleesjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapjapeso134 and Mission No 4.2.0134 and PorameteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumesDivision No 4.2.0134. The test room applied for consists of three solvent units, the total area covered by the test room being 248.62 ha. The purpose of the general geological exploration is to identify the deposit of sand and/or gravel which is to be extracted and the geological and mining conditions. In the course of the research, it is planned to build up up to 100 wells and up to 100 exploration voids with a depth of up to 20 m. the period of validity of the permit applied for is 4 years. The name of the enquiry room is the enquiry room of the old months. The research is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (business registration code 11206437, address Männiku tee 104, 11216 Tallinn).

The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse permission for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to e-mail address te 776 2419, info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address AIA 2, Jõgeva Municipality, Jõgeva Municipality, 48306 County of Jõgeva.

The preparation of a draft permit for general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
