The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the Osaühing Mardi Metsatalu (registry code: 10623050) (address: Männik, village of Urissaare, Municipality of Häädemeeste, 86019 Pärnu County) is applying for a geological exploration licence. The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Häädemeeste in Pärnu, in the village of Majaka, for the cadastral parcel Kilmezsi in private land (cadastral title 21303:002:0472, registration number 693406). The area covered by the requested survey room is 17.84 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which is planned to build up up to 15 wells and up to 25 exploration voids at an exploration depth of up to 12 m. the resources under examination are sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The test room is called the Kiusumetsa test room. The survey is carried out by Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452, address Pärnu Mnt 232, Kristiine district, 11314 Tallinn).

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
