The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 9(3) of the nature Conservation Act (LKS).

The Environment Agency States that, by Ministerial orders No 260 of 3 March 2017 and No 1204 of 12 December 2017, the Environment Agency has initiated a procedure for the creation of nature reserves for the conservation of the woodcock and the woodcock, to be carried out by the Environment Agency.

The draft Regulation plans to grant protection to 59 new areas of conservation over Estonia.

The draft protection Regulation, the explanatory memorandum and the map material are available at the time of the public display at the Office of the Regional Environment Agency from 18.06 to 30.07.2018 and at the www.keskkonnaamet.ee on the website of the Environment Agency.

We await reasoned proposals and invite active participation in the advertised defence rule procedure. The protection of Estonia's natural values is ensured in good cooperation with landowners and interest groups, and your contribution is important to us.

Our proposed improvements and objections to the draft conservation and conservation regulations for the conservation of woodland and silage forests are to be submitted in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee, the nearest Office of the Environment Agency or the Office of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, Võru) no later than 30.07.2018. The draft will be the subject of a public consultation on a proposal to that effect.

If, within that period, no proposal for amendment or objection has been submitted to the draft protective order, we shall consider that no objection has been raised. Following disclosure, the draft will be presented in February 2019 in an indicative way for inter-ministerial co-ordination. The Regulation is expected to enter into force in April 2019.
