The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 11.07.2018, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby UAB Penktoji Projekto Bendrove (registry code: 303686899), a company registered in Lithuania, intends to acquire a dominant influence over 1A.EE OÜ (registry code: 11786222) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
