The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect submitted by Metsaserv OÜ (registration code: 12842655) (address: Mällikvere, village of Mällikvere, Municipality of Põltsamaa, County Jõgeva, 48014) was accepted.
Authorisation to prospect for the Liivamäe III exploration room is sought for the private cadastral parcels Saaresauna (cadastritus 83601:002:0441) and Vana-Saaresauna (cadastritus 83601:002:0660) in the municipality of Türi, Järva.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 12.17 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 28 wells and up to 20 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is less than or equal to 7 m. the resources to be studied are sand. The purpose of the survey is to clarify, within the scope of the exploration room, the distribution, quality, volume and mining conditions of the mineral to be extracted at a level that allows the quantity of mineral resources to be assessed as an active consumable resource in order to apply for a mining permit for that area, in addition to the confirmation of the stock. The uses of the mineral resources present in the exploration room are civil and road construction and backfilling soil. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; info@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1182 or 56885603).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
