The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that Termestal OÜ (registry code: 12930129) (address Tartu mnt 29a, Elva City, Elva Municipality, 61506 Tartu County) is applying for a geological exploration licence. The application for authorisation to carry out a geological survey is for a small paddy for a land cadastral parcel located in the village of Külaaseme in the municipality of Elva, Tartu (registration number 199204, registration number 33101:003:0466). The test room is called Karijärve III. The area covered by the requested survey room is 4.22 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration voids at an exploration depth of up to 25 m. the resources under examination are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the following e-mail address: info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address: AIA 2, Jõgeva Municipality, Jõgeva Municipality, 48306 County of Jõgeva.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
