The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Province, Kuusiku Tea 18-13, 74201) applies for a general geological exploration licence.

The application for a general geological survey shall be made in the municipality of Alutagus, eastern Viru, in Konsu village, in the cadastral parcels Ahtme district 30 (cadastral Identifier 22901:003:0082). The cadastral authority is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Trust Authority is the State Forest Management Centre. The area covered by the requested survey room is 91.83 ha. In the course of general geological exploration, up to 30 exploration voids and up to 30 wells are to be created. The research depth is up to 30 m. the purpose of the study is to find a source of sufficient quality for the sand and the filler sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse permission for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
