Notice of terms and conditions of an extended collective agreement

The Ministry of Social Affairs publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 4(5) of the Law on collective agreements (KLS).
The Confederation of Estonian employers and the Confederation of Estonian Trade unions agreed as follows:
1. Fix, with effect from 01 January 2019, a minimum hourly rate of EUR 3.21 per hour and a minimum hourly rate of EUR 540 per month in the case of full-time work.
2. Extend the wage conditions fixed in paragraph 1 of this Agreement within the meaning of paragraph 4(4) of the Law on collective agreements and make them compulsory for all employers and employees operating in the Republic of Estonia within the meaning of the Law on employment contracts.
The Confederation of Estonian employers and the Confederation of Estonian Trade unions agreed as follows:
