The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that THE application for authorisation to prospect submitted by TENNO HEINLA (personal identification No 36811130293) (address haraka tn 2, Kohila alev, 79801, Commune Kohila, Raplamaa) was accepted.

Authorisation to prospect the uranium of the cross-Grand village is sought for the private cadastral parcels Karuka (cadastral mark 50301:001:0059) and Karuka-Ristikivi (cadastral mark 50301:001:0060) in the village of the cross-Grand village of Märjamaa, County Rapla.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 14.04 ha. This is a consumables survey, in which it is planned to build 0 wells and 30 exploration wells. The exploration depth is up to 5 m. the ore under consideration is the building gravel, the building sand and the filling sand. The uses of the mineral resources present in the exploration room are construction and road construction. The period of validity of the authorization applied for shall be one year. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
