The Defence League publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).

The Defence League announces a sale by public auction of the letting of a property and a building with a long tonnage of 18, the city of Tapa

The building on the land consists of two floors and a part of a cellar situated below the building. The rental amount is calculated on the basis of the net area of the building, i.e. 654,3 m ².

Rent of at least EUR 2,0 (two) per square metre (VAT excluded) per calendar month, electricity is paid on the basis of an existing meter, water and sewerage consumption being paid directly by the tenant to the service provider.
There is no heating in the building, with the result that an investment cost is added to the tenant, the cost of which, together with the cost-benefit analysis, must be submitted together with the auction documents.

The bidder must not have any tax arrears.

The applicant's business idea and activities must not be detrimental to the repute of the Defence League and must not run counter to the tasks assigned to the Defence League by various laws. On the basis of the EMTAK classification, the land is not leased to an undertaking registered in the sector of activity “organising games of chance and betting”, section 92.
