The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (4) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
The Secretary of State for Rural Affairs shall, pursuant to paragraph 49(1) of the KPS, suspend fishing activities on the basis of a fisherman's fishing licence in lakes Peipsi, Läm and Pihkva. Fishing activities in the lakes of Peipsi, Lämmi and Pihkva are suspended until 31 December 2018. fishing activities in the lakes of Peipsi, Lämmi and Pihkva with an open water network, a Danish seine or a mutton and a fishing net are suspended until 31 December 2018. fishing activities have been suspended since
18.10.2018.
