The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by Narva Karjäär OÜ (registry code: 14258860) (address Harju County, Tallinn, Central City district, River TN 3, 10151) has been accepted.
The request for a geological survey shall be made in the Cadastral Division Narva Metrology 103 (Cadastral Identifier 51106:001:0184) in the municipality of Narva, eastern Viru. The cadastral authority is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Trust Authority is the State Forest Management Centre. The area covered by the requested survey room is 52.15 ha. In the course of geological exploration, up to 20 wells are to be created. The test depth is up to 10 m. the purpose of the study is to determine the loading conditions, quality and quantity of the building limestone present in the test room. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The name of the enquiry room is the enquiry room in Kadastik V. The survey is carried out by OÜ J. Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Harju County, Tallinn, Central City district, Tartu mnt 84a-50, 10112).
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4803, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for the geological survey, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
