The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
The order of 20.11.2018 in civil case No 2-18-2583 confirmed the allocation proposal submitted by the debtor, RIITO Ehituse AS (registry code: 11903308, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Central City district, Koidu tn 27, 10136) (in liquidation), the insolvency administrator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
