The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 33(1) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By order of 23.11.2018 in civil case No 2-18-15729, the MEANING of the debtor,
OÜ VIIMS (registry code: 11117538), was declared insolvent on 23.11.2018 at 11:00.

Jüri Truuts (address River TN 2, floor II, Tallinn 10151, telephone +372 5026222, e-mail truuts@autente.ee) was appointed as receiver.

The first general meeting of creditors will take place on 11.12.2018 at 11:00 in the Tallinn Court room hall 2021, floor II.

Creditors are required, not later than two months after the date of publication of the insolvency notice in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded, to notify the administrator of all their claims against the debtor which arose before the declaration of insolvency, irrespective of the basis on which the claim arose and the term of the claim (paragraph 93(1) of the PankrS). Claims which have not been submitted in due time but which have been recognised are to be settled at the final stage (paragraph 153(1)(3) of the PankrS). Only the trustee in bankruptcy (paragraph 37 of the PankrS) may accept the discharge of a debt owed to a debtor forming part of the insolvency estate after the declaration of insolvency.

The insolvency order is immediately enforceable (paragraph 31(7) of the PankrS). The debtor and the applicant may lodge an appeal on a point of law within 15 days of publication of the notice (paragraph 32 of the PankrS). The lodging of an appeal does not have suspensory effect (paragraph 5(3) of the PankrS). Enforcement of the insolvency order cannot be suspended or delayed, nor can the manner and procedures for enforcement laid down by the insolvency order Act be changed (paragraph 31(7) of the PankrS). Extract from the order of 23.11.2018:
- fix the date of the first creditors' meeting at 11:00 on 11.12.2018. Before the meeting, the oath is taken at 10.45 a.m. from Lauri Viikna (Viikna), a Member of the debtor's board of directors, and Annika Potter (Potter, personal identification number 46910140233), a former director. The general meeting will take place in the judicial room of Lubja 4 2021 in Tallinn.
