The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 27.11.2018, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2018-072 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konx, as a result of which the Usaldusfond EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 (registry code: 14588404) acquired a dominant influence over the part of Pirita TEE Development OÜ (registry code: 11997083) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
