The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, 06.12.2018 adopted Decision No 5-5/2018-074, with the result that AS Eesti meedia (registry code: 10184643) could acquire a dominant influence over Eesti Audiovisuaalse Kultuuripärandi OÜ (registry code: 14339951) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
