The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS) (since 01.01.2017, formerly PARAGRAPH 78(1)).

The Environment Agency reports that a modified draft AIR pollution PERMIT NO L.V/320666 and a draft order to amend the air pollution permit have been prepared by Estover (registry code: 10585935) (address Kaarlijärvi dairy, Kaarlijärvi village, Elva VALD, 61104 Tartu County).

The establishment of the establishment is located on the site of the Kaarlijärvi dairy in the municipality of Elva, Tartu (register number 864904, cadastral mark 66601:005:0019). Its main activity is the production of cheese and curd cheese (EMTAK code 10512). THE estover DAIRY INDUSTRY is seeking an amendment TO the air pollution permit for an indefinite period of time as a result of the installation of a new combustion plant for the boiler plant, which will give rise to an additional source of emissions, and an increase of 700 tonnes in the annual cost of fuel used (shale oil).

The Environment Agency checked that the application for amendment of the air pollution permit complied with the requirements laid down in the Law on the protection of the atmosphere. That application complied with the form of order sought.
