NOTA Holding OÜ (registry code 14554771) publishes a notice pursuant to the ¹ of paragraph 47(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The company shall notify the division. NOTA Holding OÜ (registry code 14554771) and SALVETE OÜ (registry code: 10308354), established in Uus tn 17-1, 10111 Tallinn, participated in the division. THE SALVETE OÜ (the company being divided) was split by transfer of part of its assets (including liabilities) to the acquiring company NOTA Holding OÜ (the acquiring company) in THE course of the divestiture. The division agreement was signed on 18.09.2018.a and amended on 06.12.2018. A division shall be deemed to have taken place by means of the entry of the division on the register card of the company being divided on 14.12.2018.a.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) 1 of the ÄS).
